Yes, I design workout programs based on the equipment and space you have access to. I also take into account your medical history, training experience, training style preference, occupation, lifestyle, and goals.

I provide both meal plans and flexible macro tracking targets. My ultimate goal for each client is to create confidence with flexible tracking, portion sizes, and nutrition education. However, I know this takes time, and often beginning with strict plans helps build the foundations for successful flexible dieting. Deciding the best route is a discussion I have with each of you.

You will check-in once per week on your assigned check-in day. However, you will always have access to me. You will also record daily progress metrics that will accumulate to a complete weekly check-in.

It is your responsibility to check in each week. If you do not check-in before 12:00 PM EST on your respective check-in day, you will not receive feedback or updates to your plan for the following week.

You get out what you put in. I provide all the tools, resources, accountability, and structure, but you need to prepare, plan, and execute the protocols. I will always be there for you and provide honest and educated coaching through all the wins and obstacles.
