Meet Coach Bizzer Gahagan

First and foremost, welcome! I am honored to get to work with you. While I will get to know you very well, I want to share a little bit about myself. I graduated from Hobart and William Smith (HWS) Colleges with my bachelor’s in Psychology. I played D3 Lacrosse for WS, which is where I fell in love with training and nutrition. Upon graduation, I moved to NYC where I studied exercise physiology and personal training at Focus Personal Training Institute (FPTI). I went on to get my master’s in Exercise Physiology with a focus in nutrition from Teachers College at Columbia University. I began working in the fitness industry at a boutique gym and at people’s homes. I spent 3 years training people in person and coaching group fitness classes before adding nutrition and virtual/asynchronous programming services.
